MORE than COATING, IT’S REPAIR AND REINFORCED
REPACOAT CH is liquid cold-curing epoxy formulation with excellent chemical resistance, achieved by the use of special resins and hardeners as well as additives and inert fillers. It is particularly effective against highly corrosive chemical mixtures, acids, lye, solvents, coolants and other aggressive materials.

Although the material can be used for new parts to extend service life time, REPACOAT will bring worn and damage metal parts, pipe work, tanks shape and existing metal surface also performance back as original as well extended service time. And compared with conventional methods, it can lead to substantial saving cost – time, by integrated products installation.

In case of reform the worn or damage metal parts, the first stage is apply the putty series that meet thickness required thus following with the lining the liquid series to protect the parts from abrasion and chemical attacks. The process will be run smoothly due no need laminated support other component. Beside, application RepaCoat is very simple and spray able, with our Venturi Coating system.
